Something stops me from ever buying from CTD again.....

Your instincts are good. An hour after I ordered they sent this:
Thank you for your order, unfortunately our supplier is unable to supply 2-REMTB-22B Ammo .22 Long Rifle Remington Thunderbolt 40 Grain Lead Roun RDR.
We have cancelled your order for the backordered item(s).

Way back in the day I used to buy so much stuff from CTD that they sent me a VIP pricing sheet. I don't know if I really spent that much or it was a clever sales idea, but in my early 20's working lots of overtime and going to school at night I spent what little free time I had at the range and bought a ton from CTD. Fast forward years into the future and they second they get a chance to charge $60 per pmag or even higher they were the first ones to put the screws to the people who helped build them. It's a free market, and they can do whatever they want. I'll also free and I'll choose to never do business with them again. I have zero faith or trust in CTD and I've passed on very good deals before because I don't want to support them ever again. I'll wish them the best, but they'll succeed or fail without any of my dollars.

Agreed. I won't ever give them my business again. I wouldn't buy if they were $0.01 per round.

    Never. AGAIN.

    over there
I know a lot of people swear they will never go or buy from Dick's but I happened to stop by the one at Washington Square(Indy) today and they had a ton of .22lr. They have the Federal automatch 325rds for $19.88 and the only other price I saw was 525rds of Remington Golden bullets for $39.99. They had some 1000rd boxes of Winchester M-22 some other 300rd boxes of Remington and bricks of Thunderbolts. Didn't buy any cause there was nobody back in the area and I really don't need any.
    Just sayin...

Same for the one in Avon. Guy said they had a lot more in the back.
