Is it just me or does the annealing look a little aggressive? It goes halfway down the case, most I've ever seen is the neck and shoulder annealed.

I bought a lot of this in the past, 149 grain bullets,lake city brass, shot good but it was still covered in the sizing lube so that after being in storage a couple years the lube got really sticky and it would stick in my rifle chamber on bolt action rifles, was wondering if anyone has purchased this recently and if it is still covered in lube???
