I used to think that throwing yourself on a grenade to save your buddies was the ultimate in selflessness. Or maybe taking a bullet in order to expose the enemy.
But this.......Imagine all the devastating foodstuffs she had to leap on, and throw down her gullet, just to protect her patients from doing irreparable harm to themselves. The horror!
