Yea its too fun to shoot. I have about 600 rds through it.
It took a few to pick out the bugs but the last 150 - 200 have ran flawless.
Pushing a 180 gr bullet at 1225 fps
This is my most favorite pistol to date :)

Really looks good Allen! You know how I love the 10s! How is the recoil and muzzle blast? I'd love to have a Commander like that to go with my other 10s. Great lookin pistol.

That is a very nice looking 1911. Just looking at the beginning and end product, I bet you really feel connected to it. Congratulations!

Yea a friend traded me a 10mm springfield Linkless awhile back along with a ton of 10mm brass and that got me hooked on the 10mm.

Recoil and muzzle blast do not seem that bad. but I had been shooting 454 casull and 460 S&W a little and kind spoiled me for normal recoil.

I have been running relatively hot loads through it.
I installed a 26lb recoil spring with a light grease instead of oil.
timing seems perfect recoil just pleasant.
My loads are a little hotter than the Hornady 180 gr XTP's.
    I chrono'd both

Very true. This is my third Fusion kit I have put together and I doubt I will ever get rid of them.

Good, good.... The factory 10mm stuff really varies in power. Most are pretty down loaded now a days. When it first came out it was pretty hot. To hot for some, that's how the 40 S&W (Short & Weak) came into being. The 10mm case was shortened and powder charge reduced. Much like the 38/357 family. Find a S&W 610 revolver and you can shoot the 40 and the 10 out of it. I've got a couple you can try. ;)
