Free prepping class friday 5/4/12

Sorry for the late notice but due to some schedule conflicts I had to move this class to this Friday.

The class will start at 6pm on 5/4/12 and as always prepping classes are free.

We will cover the basics of storing and packaging dried goods. The class will also include instruction on how to use the #10 can and Mylar bag sealer that we have for people to use free.

Please come and learn something and bring a friend.

How did the class go? Good turn out?

We had a good class with decent turn out. We will be getting a schedule put together for the rest of the summer so people can plan.
