I used to pan e-books with the old "there's nothing like the feel of a book in your hand" excuse, until I realized how difficult it is to read an actual paperback. My hands cramp, the ink rubs off, it's hard to read in bed because of poor lighting, etc. With e-books, I can load dozens on my PDA and have them with me all the time. Makes it easy to read whenever I have a few spare minutes.
