    Interesting, but if we amend the 2nd amendment it should be to clarify and solidy the right to keep and bear arms, specifically prohibit the banning and restrictions of arms

    I agree, but you open up a Constitutional Convention for amending the 2nd it opens up all of the Constitution. We might just lose a lot more than the 2nd Amendment.

    "Shall not be infringed" does not need clarification or solidifying!

    Our .gov views our Constitution like newbees view the INGO FAQs.:rolleyes:
    They ignore them, then act surprised when they find out they exist, then look for ways around the answers they get from them.

    I would gladly vote to revise the second...to make it even more abundantly clear that it's an individual right and dramatically release the amount of control states have over firearms ownership.
