I have had great rabbit quite a few times, but an old timer made squirrel a few times for me when I was younger and it put any rabbit or duck to shame. Pressure cooked then pan fried in good ole lard.

    BEAVER!

Seriously though (not being perverted), would beaver be any good?

I myself like frog legs and dove breasts. They are great grilled :yesway:

Depends on how you prepare it. I've had beaver chili and it wasn't bad. There's a bar in Newberry that has Beaver Fest on the first Saturday in February every year. You can get beaver, and many other types of wild game, cooked quite a few different ways.
