Alright, I know I'm new to the forum but I have yet to see anyone who has either a 16 or 17s SCAR. Come on who has em? Post your American made gun pics!

I have seen a few at the Gun and Military JAG shows in Louisville, KY. Too pricey for me, but wish the US Military would start with them or the Bushmaster/Remington ACR.

However, I think there is one guy out of Washington that is selling a FN SCAR (17 I believe) on GunBroker.com. Not sure if it is still up or the price on it, but it was only quite recently.

(Finally saw a civilian Bushmaster ACR just a week ago for $1,800.)

    How about some action shots?

    How about one that isn't a 16 or a 17?

...And as far as a 17 goes, this one is not mine, but I have an intimate knowledge of how it feels in my shoulder...

This rifle has to be the ugliest, most awkward looking, plasticy, down-syndrome looking gun I have ever seen.

And yet.. I still want one.

That's awesome guys! I have had the chance to use the 16 CQC version in my line of work and loved it. I will get one eventually when the price goes down... or I can legally purchase the CQC size.

I just have a Leupold Mark 4 CQ-T, AFG and some rail protectors.

A regular AR is a lot cheaper and just as much fun. Little harder to clean though.

I've handled a few SCARs and I really don't see what the benefit is over an AR given what you pay.
