Florida Republican Governor Has Constitutional Sheriff Arrested

At least we know where this republican stands on the 2nd Amendment. When a Florida sheriff refused to charge a man for carrying without the states permission the governor sicced his state police on the sheriff and had him arrested and put one of his own flunkies in the sheriff's position. Way to go, Mr. Scott. You've shown your true colours.

Looks like the official misconduct was related to the fact that after the gun owner was released, the arrest record was destroyed as well.

Actually on point one the Sheriff can decide who gets prosecuted, if he does not arrest someone for violating a law he disagrees with it might be difficult for the law breaker to be prosecuted

Bad show. Tippecanoe County tried that once and someone in the Prosecuting Attorney's Office got eight (8) years in prison.

Ken . . anti 2nd. amendment? I am not sure where you get your information from but it is not correct. Now Fort Waynes Mayor and Chief of the FWPD are total pieces of crap.
