Im suprised the feds arent trying to charge her. Bringing a gun into an airport can net the feds attention.....

You know I saw the story and wondered where she started? If she has got through security before with the piece?

This is a non-story. This happes EVERY week in the DOUBLE digits across the USA.

Every week. Please people, think about where your guns are before trying to go on a flight. I haven't heard one case in modern airline security that wasn't a forgotten firearm or they checked the wrong bag at the counter and had the firearm in the carry on (it's legal to check your luggage with an unloaded and cased firearm as long as it is declared).

Chanel eight said it was a 9mm, with 8 rounds in the magazine with a holster. It was really funny how they said it. To the stewardess. How dumb can you be. 1. You do not take a gun in an airport 2. You do not carry your gun, without a freaking LTCH. Face palm for stupidity.

Judging by her last name, she may have been from France, so she woulda eventually just dropped the gun anyway. No harm no foul.

I heard about this from an officer who works for the Airport Police. It was a G26, and she boarded the plane in Atlanta with it. Flight Attendants do not have to go through security in Atlanta. She assumed it would be the same here.
