thats cool but not into revolvers. not that ive shot one so i cant knock um but i dont think they will float my boat
Even if a revolver isn't your favorite gun, I wouldn't pass one up if you found a good deal. I was trying to save up for a Springfield GI, but got a really goo deal on a S&W model 19. I still want a 1911, but in the meantime I've got a nice gun for much cheaper. The things starting to grow on me.

For value minded people I would say Glock or Smith and Wesson M&P. If you want the best go with a Sig Sauer

    LOL! What constitutes "Best"?

I have shot loads of all three brands, I like all three brands, is "best" just your preference?

    Are Sigs:

More reliable than Glock or M&P? No.
Less expensive than Glock or M&P? No.
More accurate than Glock or M&P? No.

If you're willing to spend a bit more than just $300, you could look at getting a .40 in whatever brand you like and getting a conversion barrel for .40-9mm, and practice in 9mm, carry in .40.
