Also looked at that gun at Itp while shopping for my first. It's a sweet pistol. Congrats. I went with the m and p 9. Also dons sucks. Thought I'd throw that in there.

Grats on the purchase, that's one I've been eyeballing for a bit now myself. Glad you had a good experience. Looks like you took a picture of yourself violating one of the rules there, finger on the trigger?....maybe.... Read up on safety if you're new to guns, teach everyone you live with proper safety as well.

    :welcome:

Nice score. Is that a laser sight? i have a very old one and haven't kept up with new 92's.

I believe the 90-two comes with a rail cover...not sure why but it looks kinda neat anyhow. :koolaid:

I am also looking at Beretta's. What major differences did you see between the 92fs and the 90-two?

92fs is a metal frame where the 90-two is a polymer.

OP welcome and I think you made a good purchase you will enjoy the Beretta.

    I started out with a 92F and now own 2 .22s, 2 .25s, 1 .32, 1 .380, 2 9mm and 1 .45 Berettas. Only a matter of time before I get a .40 :) Easy to buy 'em hard to sell 'em.

Hope that new one serves as well as my 92F which still sits by the bedside.
