My wife isn't into the shoe and handbag thing either. Although she does own more shoes the I do and I do not give her grief about it. The last purse she bought was a concealed carry purse even though she does not carry a gun. We figured 1) the purse would be sturdier and able to carry more stuff and 2) the built in holster might come in handy.
I don't keep a list of guns on the computer. I don't own that many guns and I can remember them all. I do go through and write down the models and serial numbers a couple times a year and stash the list. Do this in case of fire or theft. Ammo I don't worry about. I see it sitting in the little cabinet in the garage. With all the changes in temperature I think I will divide it by cartridge and put it in some plastic ammo cans with a dissecant pack instead.
Somebody mentioned not being married. Other then the grief guys write in internet chat rooms being married is not that bad. Yes I have to ask if I want to buy something because it is OUR money. Some of my divorced friends get mad when I ask my wife for permission to do things.
I fear that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them.
Wife tells me I can't buy any more firearms until I give her an inventory of what I own now. Info on what should be included would be appreciated. Perhaps I should point out she paid for our gun safe and its installation, over $1400.
I'm really bad at counting.
