    I'm only a wanabe knife guy, but the 4 and 6" version of this has put many hundreds of pounds of fish in my freezers. Give or take 40# of fillets this year.

    i really like the cutco fishermans solution. i have used it for 18 years on everything from the smallest blue gills to the largest northern pike.

    Bakers and Chefs' purchased from Sam's Club (also at Costco) offers a great fillet knife, and i especially like the boning knife. If money is no issue, the Cutco fisherman's solution is the way to go in my opinion.
