    I WENT THROUGH THIS SAME THING WITH COMCAST ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO. IT WAS LIKE TALKING TO A WALL UNTIL I SAID I WAS CALLING A LAWYER AND IT PRETTY MUCH WENT AWAY AS FAST AS IT ALL STARTED. AND MAKE SURE YOU ONLY TALK TO MANAGERS. EVERYONE ELSE IS PRETTY MUCH WORTHLESS.

    I actually went back to comcast because frontier was WORSE I have an actual file against frontier with the BBB and am thinking about turning them into the FTC and the FCC. Just remember that the person you are talking to is probably not the one who screwed everything up. Be nice.
