These monies are from Pittman-Robertson funds. These funds are supplied by ammo and firearms excise taxes and are intended for conservation and recreation projects. So.... the money comes from you.

I would bet its Federal Excise tax from the Pitman - Robertson Act, its about 800 million a year now. It doesn't have anything to do with Obama..
Things like this is why the tax is collected.

Instead, we need to give much praise and love for the father of the new deal. The great court packer himself! The lord socialist of the 20th century: President Franklin Delano Roosevelt (D)!

We should also thank the two (2) DEMOCRATIC elected officials, Senator Key Pitman (D) and Congressman Absalom Robertson (D), for whom the law was named.

I am so thankful that you corrected my error on which HUGE government politician we should give thanks to.
