The only thing left out is the removal of the officers involved. They have proven that thy are incompetent of being LEO's.

Saw this earlier. Apparently Mr. King used his potty mouth to convey what he thought of their unwarranted requests. I'd bet money that more than anything else is what landed him in cuffs. We all know how the serfs' behaviors dictates how officers respond.

I can't understand why a police officer operating within the framework of laws that govern his conduct would be upset by someone taking video. What's up with that?

Hmph. This didn't cost the cops involved anything. The tax payers are, once again, being punished for the actions of bad actors who should have known better. At least they'll now receive more "training" on the matter. Till next time it happens, anyway.

    Good for Mr. King.

To this day I do not understand why cops get so upset over cameras. They have cameras in their cars, what is the big deal if some dude on the corner wants a photo?

Baldwin and the paparazzi. Some just don't like their picture taken. It steals the soul and they can't go to the happy hunting grounds. Besides, it's "evidence" and some might not want it revealed?

One would have to have a soul first before one could be concerned about it being whisked away at the click of a camera shutter.

The cops are just looking out for the common good.

Just look at all the shenanigans that took place after someone filmed the officers "arresting" that other guy named King.

I mean 14 year old girls at the mall have cameras.

Why go out of your way to bully some hillbilly on the corner with a cell phone?

Just a "what were you guys thinkin'" moment I guess.

Frequently it's half of the evidence that is revealed. You'll have no problem finding hundreds of videos online which show half of the story. Doesn't justify taking someone's camera but it also doesn't take a genius to understand why that gets frustrating. It's a shame so many are so easily manipulated and don't possess the basic intelligence to realize when they're being duped but it is what it is. Looking forward to reading what comes out.

Because in my courtroom experience, an officer's word an actual events in the video were very different things. In a courtroom, an officer's word is gospel truth.
