This is the first time he's invoked executive privilege compared to 6 times for Bush and 14 times for Clinton (according to: Obama invokes executive privilege as Holder faces contempt vote | The Ticket - Yahoo! News). So, if the law of averages holds, about 9 more times if he gets re-elected.
