I suppose when some customers hear, "I don't know" or "I'm not sure" they think the person behind the counter doesn't know enough to sell guns. When I hear it, I know I'm dealing with an honest person. Glad you were able to resolve you issue. My mistakes, mostly when I was younger, usually cost me money...but I learned from them.
