Can someone who is going to or currently attending the Elkhart Gunslinger Gun show do me a favor and get the information for the Michigan guy who sells the beef jerky and sausages. My fiancee and I have been fiending for it.

It is Zick's and they were represented at the Fort Wayne Coliseum Show last week. They will be at Shipshewana Gun Show at the town center on Nov 3 & 4, at the Michigan City Gun & Knife Show on Nov 17 & 18 and the Fort Wayne Coliseum show right after Thanksgiving. You can probably get all the Alligator, Boar, Buffalo, Elk and Kangaroo sticks and jerky you need to satisfy your cravings.

I haven't had theirs but those are all good. If you like kangaroo jerky, you'd love some Roo steak. I've had some tenderloin and some rump.
