This guy should be fired, then he needs to be sued, then it should be mandated that he take a course in common sense. His child should be given a picture of a sober father that does love his/her child and told, 'we can fix that for you sweetie.'
oh yeah, then he should be taken out and publicly whipped.
I guess that's enough, but I'm open for suggestions.........
