    It seems Mr. Rodriguez in Texas believed that reciting magic words was the key to self-defense and set himself up for a very big fall by falling for the misinformation that the Media bombards the general population with.

    The beliefs behind those "magic words" are important however if your shoot is not justified it doesn't matter what you say. This whole incident is full of fail. Both parties escalated this to riduculous levels. We now know not to take a visible gun to tell your neighbors to turn down their music. We also know when the crazy neighbor shows up with a gun to tell us to turn down our music best not to antagonize him :)
