Before 2012, I never heard this term, IIRC. But, Rodriguez chanted those words in 2010.

The beliefs behind those "magic words" are important however if your shoot is not justified it doesn't matter what you say. This whole incident is full of fail. Both parties escalated this to riduculous levels. We now know not to take a visible gun to tell your neighbors to turn down their music. We also know when the crazy neighbor shows up with a gun to tell us to turn down our music best not to antagonize him
