So from what I can tell out of the big three only Boing Boing is black. Wikipedia and Google I can still access no problem.

Wiki (engglish site) is down but you can go to the other languages no problem.

As far as Google they show just a black box over their logo if you go to their homepage. A far cry from shutting down. :xmad:

If you wanna see a really big stink over SOPA/PIPA, have facebook shutdown for a day (not that I think they'd go for it).

Add me to the list of contraband avatars, too.

I definitely object. SOPA and PIPA are a direct threat to internet freedom.

Wikipedia still works in other languages so kids that study foreign languages can still do their homeworks.
Or you can use Google translate if you are not affraid of getting weird translations of the articles in foreign languages. :):
The Wiki Peru site is open. If you have Google chrome or Firefox you could type in what you wanted then hit translate page option and your good to go!

    Wiki Peru?
Do you mean the Spanish Wikipedia?

I already dont trust everything I read on Wikipedia, I would trust the translation of one of the articles made by an automatic translator even less.

For those of you still seeing the normal wikipedia main page, you are probably blocking Javascript in your browser. Thats why their blackout screen doesnt show up.
