My *wife* wouldn't carry a diaper bag when we had the little one. We used a backpack for that too.

I carry this every day to work, esp when we go to Anderson to eat lunch. I've got work stuff, personal stuff, and then survival stuff. Even have my pocket camera, and cord, which is why I was able to take this picture and post from work.

I've carried some sort of bag to work for years, all the way from small satchels, messenger bags, notebook bags, and a Maxpedition bag.

Anyone have any experience with the UTG "satchels" that look like the Maxpedition ones? They are a lot cheaper but don't know well they'd hold up. I want something to keep some loaded AR mags, 1911, flashlight, etc. in and probably won't carry it on a daily basis. Just something I can grab and have everything in it that I might need in an emergency.

I have one and the quality is flawless. I would say they are very close to the Maxpedition level. Don't carry mine every day but you can put a surprising amout of stuff in it.
