    I am sure the FBI keeps track on NICS background checks. So they do know.


    Generally speaking, one uses the word 'sure' when they have proof or can easily present some evidence to back up their claim.

    Or perhaps you're using this word the way many use the word 'literally', as in, "This is literally a cake walk".

    No. Not against it but usually never get around to it. I just bought a kel tec p 11 and had nothing in box to register it

    No, and the very few I have had to have warranty work done on were bought used and they still covered the warranty. One was a S&W and the other was a Houston High Standard.
