Definitely did. Last batch ran 1.165 +/- 0.0005

That's more better. The deviation is probably due to seating on the ogive.

    I'm happy now.

Good to hear you found the problem. Even with the flex you had, I would have never thought the shell plate/die relationship would have been that much out of spec to change OAL. Interesting lesson learned and thanks for sharing

I like the die set. The resize die sizes deeper and tighter than any other 9mm die I've tried. Seating die is very forgiving with bullet placement. Crimp die is just a crimp die.

Fit and finish is as nice as Dillon.

Chad, I am sorry I just seen this, and I am glad Andrew got you sorted.

But the first thing I thought after watching your video was "bad mount". My 650 doesn't move at all.

Also, I have one the Uniquetek clamp kits, that I never found a need to use. If your interested, let me know.

The strong mount on my 550 never flexes, at least not that I can see.

I need to point out that I don't size any rifle brass on my 550, I pre-process all my rifle brass on a RCBS Rock Chucker.

By the time the rifle brass hits the 550 it is all sized, trimmed and primed.

Id hope so. +/- 1/2 thou is stupid precise.
I've certainly heard/believed inconsistent stroke or mushy mount/bench could cause some variation, but I admit to being surprised it caused THAT much variation. Glad it's all straightened out!

    See you in the spring.
