Ok, so just to play devils advocate here...who's to say the Mom in the story making the statement of what he was allegedly saying wasn't full of BS? Could have been a mom not getting enough action wanting to make it seem like this guy was being an asshat .

Perhaps parents were coming up to him asking him to leave or questioning him about it and all he said was "it's legal...I'm allowed to be here..." stuff like that.

Seems just as plausible. It's not like to story goes into any great detail.
