It is illegal to hunt with a suppressed weapon. Since the Chipmunk IIRC is a VARMINT he was G2G but a Squirrel has a season and you must be licensed to hunt it so it is a no go on the suppressor.

What Andre46996 says is true, squirrels have a season, and the law is what the law is. The CO's dont like to split hairs about the law reguarding seasons, licences, caliber, size, number.

Easiest way to kill chipmunks is with a 5 gallon bucket, 3 paint sticks, and bird seed. May not be as much fun but for us in neighborhoods who cant go around john wayneing those little bastards.

um, OK, thanks, good to know...wasn't really going to go shoot any squirrels in the middle of Indianapolis....IF I lived out of town AND had a hunting license, maybe, but not with anything illegal. Only said squirrel since I haven't seen any chipmunks around here. And I apologize for inappropriate nonusage of purple for mild sarcasim
