My CZ 452 American is a .22LR work of art. Love it.

This. You don't need the SST, just grab a yodave kit and try out the springs tofind the # you like. I stayed at around 3. My favorite bolt gun, for sure.

I bought the cheap Savage .17 with the plastic stock and ss barrel.
Put on a nice wood stock and a 4-12 Redfield Revolution.
I shoot this thing a lot and love it!

My dad has a .17 HM2 CZ and it is by far the nicest, most accurate bolt gun he owns. Talk about a squirrel killing machine! I had a Savage 111F and it felt like a toy compared to the CZ. Granted, the CZ is not really a budget rifle and the Savage was, so take it for what its worth. My money would buy the CZ though.
