Applied June 8th, did prints with L1 (Morpho Trust) at ISP Headquarters and paid city/state fee June 9th, license issued June 16th and received today, June 18th, in the mail! I was quite excited. I'm very impressed with the quick turn around. Lifetime w/ no prior license, no criminal history.

I got a email today from isp saying that my permit was issued today and my permit number and it will be sent in the mail tomorrow. Finally!!

I got my pink paper in the mail today so happy the wait is over.

Are you counting weekend days as well or only business days? If just business days, mine was issued in 5 days, received in 7. I may be the record holder here!

Did my L1 yesterday, paid local today.

Down side is, and I hope it doesn't screw it up, the girl messed up charging me for my local fee. Had to swipe the credit card twice to equal the amount to 43$. First time she swiped the card she didn't charge enough.

Hope it doesn't delay it, but either way, I'm a current holder until the end of the year.

It took the absolute maximum amount of time for mine; to the day.

Didn't know there was a maximum time. You mean the 60 day thing ? Tell that to the people that waited a year (or more).
