Getting through the paperwork with L1 was a monumental PITA, but once we got everything submitted for renewals, mine came in a week; my wife's got submitted just before Thanksgiving and took about 10 days.

Money orders cashed on 11/1/2013. Spoke my state representative's aid on 12/19/2013 asking WTF. LTCH received today with issue date of 12/19/2013 (wonder if my phone call made any difference). Oh and did I mention I'm in the bad boys club. Is this a bad boy club fastest time ever?

Just an update. Applied Jan. 22nd, MO cashed the 26th. Still havent recieved it. Its pushing almost a year! This is getting rediculous. One misdemeanor arrest. What gives?

The arrest is the issue but I would call and just tell them it has been 11 months and you want to verify they have everything. That way they are not giving out any private information plus they may push you though knowing how long it has been.

Im planning to call them thus week. On the plus side, having a lawyer in yhe family helps indeed. They are already looking up the law for me and will pursue the matter if need be.

That's what I thought, but I found somewhere where it said 6 months. Maybe Handgunlaw.us, I don't know. Anyway, I found the I.C. and Perry is correct:

IC 35-47-2-6
Granting or rejecting initial application; renewals
Sec. 6. (a) Every initial application for any license under this chapter shall be granted or rejected within sixty (60) days after the application is filed.
(b) The period during which an application for the renewal of an existing license may be filed begins three hundred sixty-five (365) days before the expiration of the existing license. If the application for renewal of an existing license is filed within thirty (30) days of its expiration, the existing license is automatically extended until the application for renewal is passed upon.

I applied to update the address on my LTCH on November12, 2013. Have not seen anything yet.

Have be you tried to email them??? I went this direction after a 6 month wait and got a response with a phone # in 2 days. I received my license about a week later.

Sometimes if you call early in the AM, around 8 or so, you'll get an answer. Usually though, it's a recording.
