Current LTCH Wait

Still waiting on mine but its only been a month and a half.

I went on Dec 5th at L-1 and had my finger prints done at 10 AM. I left there and went to the Ft. Wayne police station an paid my $10.00 fee. I received my LTCH today. Dec. 13th. One week and one day wait time.

Been waiting for over 11 months now. (I had complications though. One being that L1 "lost" my fingerprints. Two being that the ISP decided to not tell me that until recently... that's after not responding to emails for the past 7-8 months.)

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Received it today, issued the 11th. Submitted all electronically and local done on 8/02/13.

Back story. Originally applied last august 9/15/12. Received a denial in March 2013 for drinking charges. So after over a year rushing to the mailbox it's all over!!

I finally received mine. 4 months and a couple days.

FWIW, wife and I have the same issued date... so it took a couple days for it to come through the mail for her but maybe mine was under a stack of folders for 4 months?

If the arrest record was truly expunged and there is no record of it, you might be OK. Otherwise, welcome to the Bad Citizen pile (no offense).

Did you file your expunge with the Justice Dept. and receive a UPIN number? If so, and did everything online and L-1, than it will only be 5 days.

it was expunged after 24 hours of community service. I haven't been arrested since, never heard anything on background checks I've had done
