The average times are about 11-12 weeks, L1 and 14-16 weeks, non-L1. Of course this is with a clean record. They should just tell everybody 18 weeks up front so we'll be pleasantly surprised when it arrives "early".

I feel the same way ,just tell me 12-14 weeks then I won't be waiting daily for the mail for the next 6 weeks and be disappointed on every day it's not there, and wondering if I did something wrong when I filled out the app.

My wife and daughter got theirs 11 weeks and 2 days after finger printing. I still have not received mine but I have a misdemeanor on my record. I did L1 on 1/8/13. Wife and daughter L1 1/10/13. All in Clark county. You might want to email them and find out what the deal is.

The local sheriffs office here told my mom a week or two back that they are just getting through January and that she may have to wait until close to May to receive her's

If you look back through this thread, you'll see times of 10-12 weeks for L1 and 14-16 weeks for paper prints. Based on feedback from applicants on here, those seem to be pretty accurate. Right now, ISP seems to be issuing from apps received the first week or 10 days of January. I am at 83 days plus or minus a day or 2. YMMV
