Eggs have always been my go to target. But my mom has worked at one of the biggest egg producing farms in America for 25 years, so I get all the free eggs I could ever want. They're easy to see, so you don't need any paint, and they really pop when you hit em with a .22.

Skunked cans of beer. You know, the cheap stuff you bought years ago for one reason or another. You know you'll never drink it so why not shoot it?

If you are shooting any large caliber guns, like 30-06, a five gallon bucket of joint compound is beyond cool and worth the cost to do at least once. The lids seal right and the compound is dense enough to stop the round so all the energy is transferred into it. They EXPLODE. I have had the lids go probably thirty feet in the air and compound sprayed all over in a fifteen yard radius. Probably the coolest thing I have shot.
