Seriously? Do these people lack common sense? What if two muggers attack me at once? Do I have to ask them to line up single file and hope for the best?

Wow... This is lunacy. An example of a complete knee jerk emotional legislation. Read the bottom line. The intent is to make a law to stop criminals from doing something illegal?! Are they going to confiscate all other guns? If that happens I don't see it going over well.

Why would the police be exempted? Does the private citizen not have the right to defend themselves in the same manner?

    Here ya go Barney Fife....

The same should go for ALL carriers of weapons then...even his security detail, police...anyone in the state. Having the police firing on someone with more than one round would be "going too far". One shot is all it takes, right? Even pioneers knew to carry six guns and lever guns with magazine capacity. What an idiot...

Compromise will lead us to 1 round eventually if we capitulate to another mag ban.

No one laws. Not a single one. They won't work and they are unconstitutional.

Agreed. If they get their way on "assault weapons," all semi-autos will be next, followed by superpowerful bolt action sniper rifles that can shoot through armor with ultra high powered 30.06 bullets.
