(b) "Approved postsecondary educational institution" for purposesof section 15 of this chapter, IC 21-12-6, and IC 21-13-1-4, means

Correct.I guess all the legal-eze confused me. I read it as they (Colleges) were one of the exceptions to the Employee Parking Lot law.
