Sounds like there may have been some intentionally vague or anti-firearm lingo that was originally attacked by the NRA. It was changed/clarified/removed by Kristin's own words. Arguments from silence are weak ones. They've changed the language at least one to the proposed ordinance.

"...we'd already corrected the error long before the NRA's statement. Let me repeat - It was never anyone's intention to impose additional firearms regulations in the City of Columbus. The NRA jumped "the gun" and got everyone needlessly "up in arms!" You have absolutely nothing to worry about.
