Matt Ryan is available...Tough question. Certainly not a coach recruiting expert here but I think you look under the Kyle Shanahan tree or Sean McVey tree for the young coaches now.
He probably will make a very good coordinator again, just not head coach material IMO…We'll have to see if this makes a difference or not. I'm still not convinced that he was or wasn't the problem. The NFL is really tough to figure out sometimes. I wouldn't be that surprised to see him go somewhere else and be successful or not. That's me taking a stance on the issue. LOL.

Yeah, he was a good OC and QB coach. I think he may just be too nice of a guy to be a head coach. I Have to say I wouldn't want the job. I've been involved in coaching at the elementary to high school levels in the past and that was tough enough. I can't imagine the pressures on an NFL coach. He probably will make a very good coordinator again, just not head coach material IMO…
Well, Saturday might be a good one to fix the o-line.
Well, at least we are finally succeeding at something. lol.I have never seen a team embrace the tank more than the Colts this season lol
I do not think he was hired to coach the team to the SB as Reich was, but rather a name the fans know to steady the helm while the search is on.Read elsewhere Saturday becomes the first NFL coach without ANY coaching experience at the college or pro levels.
Lord help our Colts.
Maybe we should just let whichever QB is on the bench call the plays. I've got to say the rest of the season should at least be interesting.
