It might just be me, but what's the point. It's a tool that goes bang. Is there a fashion statement that I'm missing? I'm not being a dick, but just being honest.

Some people like their tools to look good. I've got one pistol with it done, came like it when I bought it. Half of its wore off, and I'm too lazy/don't care enough to take the rest of it off. It did look good when I bought it, actually it looks just like scutters xd only mine is the 5" model, but if I bought the gun brand new I wouldn't have done it myself. To each there own. I'm not gonna knock somebody for wanting to make a gun look better, to some people a gun is more than a tool its a work of art.

It serves no useful purpose on the pistol but is very handy on mags. Glock mags turn out really well when you color fill the back side lettering. It makes it much easier to grab the .40 mags from the row that also has the 9mm mags.
