What's next, are they going to try to sell me a bridge? No one with a badge should think "okay, we have suspects out there with no descriptions, so let's forget the constitution exists and force innocent motorists out of their cars and arrest them at gunpoint even though we have no reason to suspect they are guilty of the crime to begin with!" Cops are there to ENFORCE the law, not make it or ignore it.

Well you would be surprised by what a gun and a badge , and your bosses telling you that you have authority over your real bosses.. (The ones that pay your salary) can do to an individuals mindset and treatment of others... I'm of the small sliver of folks who mind the law but disdain most law enforcement because I see the hypocracy of it.. I know there are good and great Leo's and I know several but just don't like the idea that a person can make a career out of being another citizens boss.. Unfortunately I know some people need adult supervision even as adults...

These Cops never heard of an Unlawful order? I have been given unlawful orders before, I then challenged them and explained how I saw it. After I broke it down for the Commander they realized they had just messed up and immediately apologized. The biggest problem is there are Police who simply do not know the law. I've always tried to error on the side of the individuals rights.

I just got off the phone with the law firm in Colorado. A nice lady attorney asked me to lay out for her what I would testify to so I gave her my analysis from both the legal and tactical standpoints. She seemed very interested, especially my perspective that this was a tactical train wreck as well as a legal one.

She needs to discuss me with the other attorneys and will "get back to me."

Are these the same ass clowns that I'm told I am supposed to rely on for the protection of my family and myself in exchange for compromising the rights protected under the Second Amendment?

The residents of Colorado seem to have a general disdain for the 2nd amendment based on their ballot box choice

I wouldn't quite say that. How many were recalled based on the recent firearm votes? 3? Well actually 2 and the one resigned because she knew it was a foregone conclusion.

    they also voted for Obama...twice
In 2012 Obama beat Romney (who I wouldn't really call pro-gun) by what 5 points? And while quite a few people would say that a vote for Obama is a vote against the 2nd. Not everyone would. And I wouldn't necessarily call it a general disdain for the 2nd.

Colorado used to be a much more conservative state until the communist and twig transplants from California pushed the number of moonbats high enough to make it competitive. Now they support JBT style police force and vote against gun rights...just like California. If it continues, Colorado will be just like California, except without the hope of the San Andreas fault.

No, the SCOTUS has already ruled that the Police do not have a responsibility to protect the individual citizen, only the general public at large.
