No doubt. No doubt he’d cover the country side in solar panels and level the few (is any) remaining coal plants in the state if he got fed $$$.I've always said Holcomb would pave the state if he could get matching federal funds.

With few exceptions then, they’re all neocons. Other than a Thomas Massie type I’d be hard pressed to name many, maybe any, that wouldn’t go for it because “it’s free”.
China doesn't have to do anything and they are in this agreement.
Four hundred million years earth's climate has been changing. If one believes science (don't wanna be a science denier!!) the earth has been flooded, frozen, on fire, covered with ash and the polarity has flipped back and forth a few times. All. Before. Mankind. Existed.
