The whole reason for putting an ad in the classifieds is to sell it. There's no need to designate it with this "Feeler" nonsense.

Just put "FIRM" after the asking price no matter how outrageous it is and get on with it.

It's a ridicules way of putting something up for an outrageous amount in hopes that someone will jump on it. Basically it belongs on Hoosier Topics not INGO imo
