I don't have the rear peep sight yet for my Mossberg 152. So, with new magazines arriving tomorrow I had to think fast. Sometimes I thrive under pressure and, sometimes I just weird out. This is adjustable and cheap.:

Oh, this is my first attempt at picture posting as well. :D

Necessity is the mother of invention.

My dad always says, If you don't have what you need, make do with what you have.

Okay. Here's the first group I shot. This is straight from the work bench.

Impressed the heck out of me! I do believe a smaller aperture would make a smaller group. But, not bad for off the wall guess. So I'm happy for now. I have two new magazines for it and Blazer Value Pack works fine with it. I'll have to order the real sight from Havlin soon. In the mean time I might remount the original scope and play with that.

What are all the parts from?

I used a paper clip, small rectangular inner tube patch, A wing nut from a two-way radio mount, pieces of an electric car door lock, small screw and nut and a dab of trial and error. I'll be taking it to the range in Rochester tomorrow to tweak it a bit . :)

Just got back from Sand Burr Gun Range. First time I've been there. Had a great time. I wanted some distance to test/align the peep sight. Had to trim the patch about an 1/8 of an inch. and drop it down some. After that I was hitting steel at 75 yards, and 100 yards. :yesway:
