I think it depends on the aluminum. 6065, agreed. 7075 with a good coating? Should be ok, unless you are mag dumping an SBR.

Centurion doesn’t release junk. If they chose an AL baffle, they did it for a reason.

I’m betting they fired it A LOT on SBRs to make sure it works.

Looks like he tapered the prong flash hider too. I’m not sure I can resist one of these.

Wonder what the coating is on them? or at least the blast baffle. My concern would be the fouling/shavings and unburt powder can really chew up those first few baffles.

All the steel parts are DLC. Aluminum is hard coat anodized. I asked lol
