No worries. The .45 acp is a low pressure round and the cases last a long time. I have reloaded some so many times the writting on the headstamp has been worn off, and they still functioned fine. Pretty much, as long as it holds a primer and a bullet, it is good.
My 45 Compact was doing the same. Had the vendor (RIA) do a bit of work on the ejector and all is well. Mine were a bit worse; worse to the point of actually creasing the brass. What you have, assuming those are the worst of the lot, is no problem. As Leo said, .45 is a low pressure round.
