I wear a Nexbelt. Have for the past almost 3 years. It's great. Here's why I run a ratchet type belt
1. It's not leather. Leather will eventually wear in and get soft and pliable
2. I have many pairs of pants. Whether jeans or 5.11 type cargos. They all may be a 34 waist but not all will hit me on the waist the same. With the ratchet system I have 3/16" (or thereabouts) between adjustments instead of the traditional holes that are 1/2-3/4" apart.
3. And because of the small incremental adjustments I can accommodate different IWB pistols of different widths and keep the same tension on my waist.
