I remember the good-old days, when a kid could get a little turtle from Woolworth's for 50 cents, and one of those clear plastic "turtle bowls" with the island and the little plastic palm tree for another buck or two.

When I picture a chase I see something runnig away from someone running at then. How do you chase a turtle?

You just sweep at them with a broom...... Once they have all bitten onto it, you then carry your broom and throw it into the ditch. you can retrieve the broom several hours later after the last of them have quit fighting it.
