My Nephew is in Indiana lliving with me for a few months. He is 19 and I would like to take him to the range to shoot my guns. I have not been able to find anything about if he can shoot there.

Can you get a non-resident target license?

He would not be carrying, just shooting my guns at the range. I know that my minor son can shoot on my carry license. But with my nephew being of age I suspect he can't.

There is no need for him to have a license. As long as you have yours to transport your handguns your good to go. Long guns no license needed.

Great. He will be happy about that!

I just didn't want to get all the way down there just to find out he couldn't shoot.

    Thanks.
