If a guy showed up at the polls "expressing his constitutional rights" in a klan outfit, you wouldn't consider that foolish either?
Not if he "normally" "expressed his constitutional rights" by acting foolish by wearing his klan outfit.
There was a guy OC'ing at my poling place just a few minutes ago. He looked very professional, though. Nice belt and holster combo, shirt tucked in, he had a lot of other gizmos and gadgets on his belt that seemed a little excessive, though. Handcuffs, tazer, 2-way radio...who needs all that???

I would call that electioneering as it is illegal to express your support for the Democrat Party like that at the polls.
I open carry almost always. Why would I switch just to vote?I understand OC, but why do it while voting?
Zing!
Whenever I see guys dressed in Klan robes, I ask: "Hey, where are the white women at?"
It has less effect coming from me. How 'bout you, Kut?
I was informed today it doesn't matter on election day because the polls are "a public place."My polling place is a grammar school, so for me the answer is no.

If that exception isn't in the statute, good luck being the test case.
This is why I conceal carry.
